The Board’s principal objective is to maintain and increase shareholder value while ensuring the overall activities of the AFICO Group are managed properly.
The Board’s role is to represent and serve the interests of shareholders by overseeing and appraising the Group’s strategy, policies and performance.
Each Director works in accordance with the Board Charter, which outlines their powers, their responsibilities and how they can best represent the interests of our shareholders.
