CBD Support to CEO and Executive Team

 

This well-respected, dynamic financial services firm is seeking to recruit a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide invaluable support to the CEO and Executive team. This role will suit those who enjoy working in a professional, yet friendly, environment and handling a variety of tasks. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the production and distribution of sophisticated reports, presentations and agreements, diary and contacts management, travel arrangements, correspondence management, and general administration duties. To be successful for this role you will:

  • - Have a minimum 4 years EA/PA experience, preferably having supported Senior Executives within the Financial Services industry
  • - Have advanced skills in MS Word and have a minimum of 60 wpm+ for accurate preparation of Agreements and Reports
  • - Have advanced skills in MS Powerpoint with the ability to design professional presentations for internal and external use by Executives
  • - Be proficient at MS Outlook in order to maintain centralised diaries, contacts and tasks
  • - Preferably have some exposure to Windows Sharepoint & Adobe Professional
  • - Be self-motivated and capable of working in a small office environment, with a responsible approach to the job
  • - Possess a high level of attention to detail
  • - Be personable, immaculately presented and have excellent communication and organisational skills.

Dynamic Role based in the Sydney’s CBD

 

This well-respected, successful financial services group is seeking to recruit an experienced Systems Analyst/Programmer to assist in the construction, deployment and enhancement of existing and proposed “B2B” and “B2C” web based applications. If you enjoy working in a small professional and friendly environment, are a disciplined results oriented person with strong problem solving, communication and organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail – then you should enjoy the challenges that this role presents. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will be responsible for the delivery of web based applications to the constituents of this business. To be successful for this role you will require:

  • - a tertiary qualification in IT or computer science
  • - at least 3 years commercial experience in web development
  • - C+ experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 2016 integrated with SourceSafe
  • - knowledge of database design principles
  • - experience creating and maintaining database tables, views and stored procedures using SQL Server
  • - ability to create and maintain software life-cycle documentation
  • - ability to work in a small team environment.

 

Whilst not essential, the following will be favourably regarded:

  • - a working knowledge of VB, .NET, HTML and javascript
  • - familiarity with ActiveReports for .NET
  • - familiarity with object/relational mapping software like NHibernate
